Air Pump Hose Gasket

A cracked or dry-rotted air pump hose gasket can turn an otherwise working manual pump into trash.

This customizable TPU replacement seal lets you adjust the top, middle, and bottom diameters and heights to fit different pump ports and hose connectors.

Use it to repair pumps for pool toys, air mattresses, and other inflatables instead of replacing the entire pump.

Notes:
Print in TPU and dry the filament first for the cleanest result. The pictured version printed successfully both with and without supports. Smaller sizes may print unsupported, but tree supports are recommended for larger grommets or designs with a wider upper flange.

Assembly Instructions

Materials Needed:
- TPU filament
- The pump or fitting being repaired
- Calipers for measuring the original gasket or mounting opening

Instructions:
Press the grommet firmly into the pump opening until the lower flange is fully seated. Insert the hose fitting through the center opening. A snug fit is intentional and may require some squeezing, twisting, and highly technical jamming.
