Accounts and sign-in

Your account connects your customizations to you. If you sign in through a connected provider, that provider also handles sign-in information.

We aim to limit personal information to what helps run the service. Some records are connected to your account.

Designs, jobs and files

We keep the settings you enter, customization progress, generated files and account usage. This helps us generate your models, provide downloads and resolve problems.

Generated files are kept for 30 days. Account, customization, system and purchase records may be kept longer to run the service or meet legal requirements.

Payments and messages

Stripe handles payment details on its hosted payment page. We keep purchase and customization records, rather than your card number.

Contact and Community Printer Program submissions contain the information you choose to send. Newsletter subscriptions use Buttondown and your email address.

Design feedback includes your message, contact email and page/design details. Reports about a generated result also include its job identifier. Feedback goes through our support contact form, rather than analytics.

Analytics and browser preferences

We use Matomo to understand site usage, selected interactions and errors. This helps us see what works and what needs attention. This data is not necessarily anonymous.

Your browser keeps preferences, such as your appearance selection, and information needed to access the service. Use Consent Preferences in the footer to review the available controls.

Questions and deletion requests

Use our contact page to ask about your information or request deletion. Account deletion is not currently available as a self-service option. Some records may need to be kept to run the service or meet legal requirements.
