Customizable Endcap

This customizable endcap is designed to replace missing, worn, or damaged caps on round tubes, handles, and fittings such as brooms, racks, poles, and similar hardware. By adjusting the inner diameter, outer diameter, plug length, shell thickness, and clearance, it can be sized to better match the specific part you are repairing instead of relying on a close-enough off-the-shelf cap.

It works well for restoring worn ends, covering exposed tube openings, improving fit and finish, and extending the life of household or workshop items that are still useful but missing a small plastic or rubber part. Features like adjustable ribs and cap geometry also make it easier to tune retention and fit for different applications without having to model a replacement from scratch.
