Encrypted connections

The website, sign-in service and API use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit.

Account and file access

Account sign-in protects access to your customizations and files. The service checks who can access account records and generated downloads.

Payments stay with Stripe

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page. Lunar Prototypes does not store your card number in its application.

We keep purchase and customization records to make downloads available and help with questions.

Limited data, ongoing maintenance

The application links jobs to an account identifier and stores the information needed to generate and deliver models. See our Privacy overview for the data involved.

We use automated tests, dependency checks and security scanning as part of ongoing maintenance.

Our maintenance procedures include backups and recovery steps to help restore service if something goes wrong.
